On June 1, 2007, the European Commission established new regulations (EC 1907/2006) that cover the Registration, Evaluation, and Authorization of Chemicals (REACH). The aim of REACH is to improve the protection of human health and the environment through the better and earlier identification of the intrinsic properties of chemical substances. As one of the world’s leading companies in patented wear parts for the construction, mining, and dredging industries, Combi Wear Parts AB is fully supportive of global industry efforts to phase out the use of undesirable elements from manufacturing processes wherever possible.

We hereby confirm that our products, in accordance with the latest update of the SVHC list (Substances of Very High Concern), do not contain any of the substances currently listed. We regularly ensure that our products comply with the applicable requirements of the REACH regulation (EC 1907/2006), and we closely monitor developments in the SVHC area.

In accordance with Article 33 of the REACH regulation, we are aware of our obligation to inform our customers about the presence of substances of very high concern in products if they occur in concentrations exceeding 0.1% by weight. Our thorough review of our products shows that none of the listed substances are present in concentrations above this threshold.

We continuously strive to ensure the highest possible standards in our work with product safety and regulatory compliance, and we are committed to meeting all applicable environmental and health regulations.
