Combi Wear Parts has since the 1930’s developed and produced wear part systems of highest quality and performance for the construction, mining and dredging Industries. Fredrik Ivansson, CEO of Combi Wear Parts, presents the future vision for the company and what he is looking forward to in 2022.

Aiming towards global growth

We look upon 2022 with great anticipation because it will be a restart for personal and physical meetings. Also, we are eagerly looking forward to support and share our knowledge with the market. We’ve had a really good start and are entering this year with great confidence and high ambitions to grow our business, both in existing and new markets.

The essence of our vision is to give more people around the world the opportunity to experience the excellence of our products. We strive to grow our business presence and to achieve this, we need to enter new markets as well as focus on existing markets where we see potential for further growth. To support the vision, we are going to extend the product range for C-REX. The first new size to be launched around June is R130, developed for excavators between 250-350 ton. It will enable us and our partners to approach a new market segment with our excellent C-REX system – we can’t wait to get started!

An exciting year

At our production site we will continue our investment plan and upgrade our processes to support our growth and the increasing demand for larger products. It is important for us to run a flexible and efficient production that can handle the variation in demand and keep short lead times for urgent needs that arises.

We also have several exhibitions to look forward to, especially Bauma in Munich in October. The exhibition does not only provide us the chance to display and talk about our products, it also gives us the opportunity to meet new and existing partners and customers. After two years without being able to meet in such environment, it feels incredibly exciting to have the possibility again.

Celebrating 90 years, a journey to be proud of

Combi Wear Parts is turning 90 years old! We are incredibly proud to manage the heritage of our company and hope to reflect this in different ways throughout the year, together with our employees and partners. We carry the Swedish steel tradition as a leading high quality steel manufacturing and innovative nation into the future with pride and a strong ambition to keep it that way.

The last twenty years have been both exciting and challenging. Starting from a business plan based on ideas and dreams, we’ve managed to build a brand that’s now globally known and respected. During these years we’ve realized the importance of being close to the market, being flexible and receptive to changes in market demand. We always look towards the future with an ambition to become even better. We want to be recognized as a company based on professionalism, sound ethics and values, as well as a trustful partner and an excellent supplier of wear parts systems.
